Social Media Manager (Volunteer)
About INSPR
INSPR is a social impact studio based in Singapore, dedicated to designing creative strategies that drive action on climate change, youth empowerment, and sustainability across Asia and beyond. We collaborate with public institutions, NGOs, and international organisations to communicate ideas that matter. As part of our work supporting the EU-ASEAN Enhanced Regional Dialogue Instrument (E-READI) – a flagship cooperation programme between the EU and ASEAN – we’re looking for a volunteer social media manager to help bring the project’s stories and activities to life online.
What You’ll Do
As Social Media Manager (Volunteer), you’ll support the creation and sharing of digital content related to the EU-ASEAN E-READI project. You’ll work remotely with INSPR’s team to help shape the project’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn and X (Twitter). Tasks may include:
- Drafting and scheduling social media posts
- Helping to create basic visual content using tools like Canva
- Sharing project updates and event highlights in engaging ways
- Organising posts around a simple content calendar
- Supporting light reporting on reach and engagement
-Coordinating with the INSPR team to review and finalise content
You’ll be supported throughout by our communications lead, so don’t worry — you won’t be doing it alone.
Who This Is For
This is ideal for:
Students or early-career professionals exploring communications
Anyone with a keen interest in EU-ASEAN affairs, sustainability, or public engagement
People who enjoy writing, editing, or designing simple visual content
Volunteers looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their portfolio
You don’t need to be an expert — just comfortable using social media, willing to learn, and able to commit a few hours a week.
What You’ll Gain
- Real-world experience working with a team supporting an international project
- A small but meaningful portfolio of published content
- Mentorship and feedback from professionals in creative communications
- A letter of recommendation upon successful completion
- Flexibility and remote collaboration with a friendly, purpose-driven team
How to Apply
Send us your CV and, if available, 1–2 samples of social mediaposts or visual content you’ve made (screenshots or links are fine).
